  1. The scariest paranormal thing that ever happened to me was when we had just moved into our new "old" home. We had bought my Aunt Alta's house from my Granny a few years after Aunt Alta died. My Granny said that Aunt Alta was always worried someone would fall through the soft floors in parts of the house.

Well the first night we spent the night in the house my husband and I were asleep and something bounced the bed and woke me up. Then the bed bounced again and then a 3 time in which the bed fell through the floor. Well we moved the bed and went back to sleep eventually. The other thing that happened that night is that Mom woke up to Aunt Alta looking down on her. I can say that night was pretty freaky.

  3. Scariest thing that has ever happened to me, the one I remember most, was when I was about 6 years old. I was afraid of my own shadow anyway. My mom allowed my oldest sister (6 years older than me) to have a seance at her birthday party. So we're all sitting in the living room on the floor with candles lit, etc. And all of a sudden, one of the bedroom doors (right off the living room) starts closing really slowly. Dear God, I think they scarred me for life. Someone had sneaked away from our circle to do it, but I'LL never forget it!

  4. While I was driving, a log flew out of a truck in front of me and bounced toward my car. Luckily, it missed but it was very scary.

  5. My husband and I were working on my brothers house and went downstairs to get something to eat. We heard what sounded like footsteps and then a smashing of a ladder to the floor. We ran upstairs and the ladder was moved but still against the wall. Noone else was in the house.

  6. Scariest thing that has ever happen to me is when my 18 month had a grand mal seizure. While screaming at 911 to hurry he went completely limp. I never experience a seizure. I thought he was dying. Never been so scared in my life.

  7. Coming home late at night coz of a school project. Have to walk on a 1 kilometer country road from the highway to my parent's house. No street light and I don't have any light with me but the road is made of cement so it's my only guide to the house. houses are far from the road either. I heard some freaky noises on the side of the road so I ran and ran so fast as if there's no tomorrow. I got home so dehydrated and I told myself not to go home alone very late again.

  10. The scariest thing that happened to me was at age 14 - when my two brothers were possessed by a demon in our house and my two sisters and I hid under our bed until it was over.

  11. The crazed drug addict that picked my house at 2am to bang on the door threatening to kill me if I didn't give him money. A storm was raging and so was he. I called 911. I waited a long long time. He then went around the house trying to break in through the windows. Then the lights went out and the phone went dead.
It turned out it was a neighborhood blackout due to the storm, but at the time I thought I was in a horror movie.

  12. Barring my entry into the world when my mom's heart stopped during an emergency C-section, I think it was probably when I was a kid and kept hearing noises from my family's unfinished basement. You could only access the basement from outside (such was a house that had been built in the early 50s), and I was sure that the knocking and banging sounds were someone in the basement. Turns out, it was a combination of two things (not that it helped calm my 9-year-old brain). There was nearby building construction, which sent low, rumbling sounds through the ground; then there was the neighbor's cat, who'd got into the basement when my grandpa had had it open to put some tools away. (The cat was fine, just so you know.)

  13. I was in the girls toilet at my school and me and my friend were just leaving but we decided we would do scary mary in the mirrors to see what happened, so we did it -we span round and chanted scary mary x3 but nothing happened so we walked away and as I was walking out my friend wasn't next to me so I went back to the toilets to see what had happened and my friend was just stood waiting for something to happen so I waited with her we stood for about 2 minutes but still nothing happened, at this point we were wondering if break was over so we walked out but then we herd one of the locks on the toilets doors lock but nobody was in there for we were alone when we did the chanting of scary mary and nobody could have gotten in for we were half way through the doorway when we herd it so we rushed back in and we were just in time to see a black figure with red eyes glide past the mirrors and through the wall! Ever since ive never done scary mary again!!!!!!!!
